My art is grounded in classical training, a testament to the techniques of the Old Masters. This foundation is complemented by a profound connection to nature, evident in my work's dance between light and shadows. Exploring mysterious states of mind, I craft visual poetry that beckons viewers into contemplation. Through my creations, I aspire to inspire and contribute to a collective awakening, fostering a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of our world.
My artistic pursuits are fueled by profound observations and a genuine appreciation for both nature and the human spirit. The canvases I create serve as a conduit for the expression of my inner life, providing viewers with moments of reflection and rejuvenation. In each brushstroke, I seek to convey the energy of the handmade object, establishing a connection between the viewer and the artwork. My paintings transcend mere representation, offering windows into a world where colors symbolize emotions, and each composition is a landscape of the mind.
Ultimately, my artistic journey speaks to the enduring power of art to communicate complex emotions, evoke introspection, and contribute to a collective understanding of our world. As an artist, I resonate with the idea that the fundamental truth of art is not to portray, but to evoke. In my words, "The world is my country, and art is my religion," encapsulating the universal language of art that transcends boundaries and fosters a shared appreciation for our collective human experience.
Nature, a profound influence close to my heart, is not merely observed but experienced and understood with the heart. Delving into nature's depths, we gain a comprehensive understanding of our surroundings. My work reflects this powerful connection to nature, capturing its essence in a dance between light and shadows, transporting the viewer to an introspective place within themselves.

The secrets of the Old Masters. The paintings of the Old Masters fill us with awe due to their colors. But the pictures we see today in our art galleries, safely preserved for the modern age, differ from what the artist’s contemporaries would have beheld.
The Old Masters’ Painting Style. Oil painting is a technique that comes with a huge advantage. The artist can spend years painting the picture, gradually shaping the outline and painting in the details with thin layers of paint (a glaze). Corpus-based painting, whereby artists try to give their painting an air of completion straight away, is not, therefore, typical of the classic oil painting style. Deliberately applying the paint in layers makes it possible to achieve remarkable hues and effects, since, during glazing, each previous layer is visible underneath the next one.
